Standard shipping is 5-7 business days using USPS or UPS. Shipments will go out Wednesday - Saturday. In order to provide our customers with accurate and fair rates our shipping calculator takes into consideration the weight of the purchase, shipping destination and desired method.
Loyal Supply Co. ships internationally to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand (with some exceptions).

All international orders are shipped USPS International Priority Mail and can take 6-12 business days. All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on internationally shipped goods. Loyal Supply Co. is not responsible for any import fees, taxes, VATS, or any other customs fees should the package be processed by customs. If the package is processed by customs there will be a delay in delivery. If packages are refused due to unexpected customs charges you will be charged for outgoing and incoming shipping charges as well as the refusal charges.
Loyal Supply Co. will process your online order within 36 hours given all items are in stock. We do our best to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but occasionally items do sell out. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or phone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided and the purchase refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.
